With over 10 years of experience in the gaming law sector, Jack’s practice focuses on clients in the iGaming and land-based gaming spaces. Jack’s clients are primarily operators, gaming services providers, and payment processors.  

Jack advises clients in how to comply with the gaming and betting provisions of the Canadian Criminal Code. Specializing in Canadian gaming law allows Jack to leverage his experience in helping clients navigate the Canadian landscape while assisting in various jurisdictions globally. 

Jack’s strong understanding of the legal and practical objectives when approaching a problem allows him to find successful solutions for his clients. Jack’s range of expertise includes “traditional” land-based and internet gaming and betting operators, daily fantasy sports operators, skill-games operators, eSports website operators, advertising and marketing companies, cryptocurrency-based iGaming operators, and sweepstakes operators.
